[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Contrary to the statement that checks and balances are in place to assure that the customer knows about additional expenses is not true and didn't happen The salesman who is probably paid on commission even held back that we would be buying salt A minor expense compared with approximately $per year for filters And no one from the company followed up with me to verify that I was aware of additional costs So while the company offered me first year filters free for a "misunderstanding" I have the same maintenance fee next year and every year Believe me, there was no misunderstanding There would've been the loss of a sale had I been told and the salesman has probably experience that in the past Regards, [redacted]

Since installation our drinking water tastes better and our overall water quality greatly improvedWe feel more comfortable knowing that the harmful chemicals which one existed in our water have now been removedYour staff was very courteous, prompt and knowledgeable, and we were very happy to be able to deal with them

The service we received was excellent and the salesman was very considerateThe Rainsoft system works amazingBelieve it or not it is actually making our skin softer and we have already cut back on the soap productsIts truly amazing what clean, pure water can do and puts us at ease knowing whats going in our bodies

Why we love our Rain Soft system?
We have only had our system for less than thirty days and we have already saved on soap! This is in the dishwasher, clothes washer and shower!! I have always had dry skin, what a difference, no more itchingMy husband harsh beard and now it is so much easier to trimMy hair is also much softer now

My wife constantly comments of the smoothness and silkiness of her skinThe fact she uses little or none of skin lotions is also to be praisedCoffee and other beverages made with the filtered water is much more tastySavings we see from not purchasing soaps, detergents and other cleaning products are already helping pay for the systemHaving the system installed was a great decision!

My husband and I were worried about the quality of the water where we livedIt had a bad taste and ruined the inside of the dishwasherWhen we got a phone from one of the Rainsoft representatives to have our water tested we said yesWe were really impressed by the salesman and the tests he did on the water and showed us how we would save money by using less soaps/detergentsWe had the system put in immediately and noticed the difference in the taste of the water right awayThe water doesn't have a bad odor of a foul taste anymoreWe have now gone out and bought a new dishwasher and don't have to worry about it being ruined by the hard water and chemicals in itI would recommend this system to everyone

We are happy with our Rain-soft Water Filtration SystemMy husband and I joke that we have become "water snobs" because we enjoy the taste of the water so much It tastes as good as bottled water, if not better and we have the comfort of it always being provided in our homeOur salesman was extremely thorough and never once did I feel the high-pressure pitch you get often when salesman come into your homeOur bath and shower water does not stain our tub like the old water, and I feel better bathing my children at nightWe also are happy with the Soap Products package, as well, and with the exception of baby soap and tear free shampoo for the kids, we use that exclusivelyMy kids have sensitive skin and after bathing them they no longer have bumpy or irritatedWe've notice how softer their skin has become specifically using the water and the soap products, and we are very happy about thatI have been recommending they system to many people since we have gotten oursWe truly feel this was a great investment with our moneyAlso I appreciate Professional Water Service flexibility and affordability in making this water system something we could put into our home and not feel overwhelmed and stressed
