KCB Mobile 4+

Been banking with KCB for quite sometime, newest update renders the app unusable. Issues accessing ‘account’ section with constant error statement: “An error occurred during processing your request. Please try again”. Once accessed (after 5 or more tries) the same error message pops up when accessing statements, or statement section is not displayed at all. Values are sometimes incorrect (money in the account, but a value of 0 is displayed).
